Rock Against Hunger is back! Join us on Saturday, November 7th, at 8:00 PM at Cousin Vinny’s Restaurant and Bar in Hanmer for an evening of live music in support of the Sudbury Food Bank.
Last year’s event was a great success, raising $875 and collecting 120 lbs of food for the Sudbury Food Bank. We are grateful to everyone who contributed and helped make a difference in our community.
This year’s event will feature performances: Blackwood Sinners DadBodd and The Everyman The MendozaZ Station Radio Not The Author.
Admission: $15 at the door or $10 with two non-perishable food items.
Location: Cousin Vinny’s Restaurant and Bar, 5085 Highway 69, Hanmer Valley Shopping Centre.
Our volunteers will be on-site at the main entrance collecting non-perishable food and monetary donations before and during the event. All proceeds and food donations collected will go directly toward helping individuals and families in our community put food on the table.
We accept non-perishable food items, cash donations, debit and credit card donations and cheques.
Tax receipts will be provided for cash donations of $10 or more.
Can’t attend the event? You can still support the Sudbury Food Bank by making an online donation here.
We look forward to another successful event and appreciate everyone who continues to support this important cause.
