On September 21st– 22nd, 2024, at Delki Dozzi Sports Complex, the Sudbury Professional Fire Fighters Association, Greater Sudbury Ball Hockey League, and Jana Hospitality Consulting will be hosting their first community event: Hockey for Hunger! All proceeds from the weekend will go to the Sudbury Food Bank.
This event is an exciting, fun filled, two-day extravaganza. Participants can register their 5-person team to play a 3 on 3 ball hockey game. We aim to have 32 ball hockey teams with live music, a beer tent, kid’s activities and much more! We invite local businesses to sponsor this exciting event.
Each team will have 3 players, one goalie, and a spare. The event will run on Saturday and Sunday with chances to win some fantastic prizes, all while raising money for a great cause. Each member of a team must raise a minimum of $100 to participate.
